As your child begins their journey through school, we know that you probably have a lot of questions. We want to make sure that you and your child feel secure and happy at Chesterton Primary and have the best start possible. Application forms can be collected from the school office during our normal school day or we can e-mail you an application form and information pack.

If your child has already started another school then you will need to collect a mid-year transfer form from the school they are currently attending and bring this into the school office.
